Shadow/victim consciousness

You are not a victim.

If you read this, and repeat this for yourself: I am not a victim, you’ll probably feel a lot of resistance because we are mostly living in a victim consciousness. We feel powerless, helpless and empty most of the time and that is because we give our power away:

  1. to our minds and it’s self-sabotaging thoughts

  2. to outer authorities (think about putting someone else on a pedestal)

And this cause us to have a lack of life force energy. A lack of burning desire and strength that gives us the power and drive to live out who we are. A lack of trust in our own capabilities.

A lack that leads to giving up on our dreams.

Not believing in making our dreams come true (‘the dream’ is to be ourselves, to live our potential and living a life of freedom) is one of the most common underlying reasons why we feel a victim. Feeling, and behaving as a victim is living like a shell of yourself, signing up to dreadful life in where suffering is prominent.

Our minds are powerful tools if we use them in our advantage. If we change our narratives, or taking back our narratives, through empowered thinking.

We know very well what doesn’t serve us, what makes us suffer. But because of our deep-seated fears and limiting beliefs we create a reality that is far from what we actually want, and most importantly, what our bodies need.

Being devoted to living your potential is being devoted to liberating yourself from your victim consciousness.

The Gene Keys, a system that gives us insight into how our consciousness is wired based on three different frequencies, the Shadow, Gift and Siddhi, gives us specific insight into our victim patterns and what dilemmas we are facing. In the video “Get clear on your victim patterns and how to release them” you’ll dive into how your consciousness, and specifically your victim consciousness, is wired so that you’ll get clear on where you hold yourself hostage — where you keep yourself from living a life of freedom.
